BUILDING PLATFORMS WITH CONTENT DESIGN, LEAD CONTENT STRATEGY AND UX WRITING
I provide think strategy, content design, and writing for innovative platforms in the UX digital market. From writing for the biggest audience in the account overview for a large telecomm, to building new bank products, I have been working in UX and content strategy for a decade. My overall career in writing so far is 18 years.
Most recently, I built 4 new products in NPX, meeting 100% compliance on prototype reviews in FinTech. On a different project, I was the only UX writer and content strategist on a custom built SaaS system for shopping customers to become independent marketplace sellers.
I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a BA in English Literature. I also graduated from HMI in 2011 and 2022, where I certified with Honors in Hypnotherapy, a second year in psychology, and Mastered in Imagery and NLP. My studies there focused on subconscious habits, behaviors, and most importantly, motivation.
Above all, I always write with the premise that the individual is intelligent.
